  • About Our Venue

    BLDG39 at the Arsenal is a historic & industrial-style event space featuring a 2,600 square foot open floor plan with indoor and outdoor capabilities that can host all of your event needs!

    Erected in 1917 during wartime, this property is tucked inside the stone confines of Frankford Arsenal. Initially, the building was used as a paint shop in a complex that specialized in producing munitions.

    The space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history that took place within its walls, offering a unique venue to create memories within.

    Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 120 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (weather permitting as there is no cover outside without a tent rental).

    Free parking is available for guests directly in front of the venue.

  • Rental Information

    Our venue rental fee includes:

    Hours- Use of our space for up to 5 hour (plus 2 hours set up and 1 hour break down)

    Furniture- 18 8-foot folding tables (see photo), 18 high tops, 120 white cross-back chairs (furniture is subject to change. Linens and other event rentals are NOT included).

    Amenities- Built in bar, semi-private suite/dressing area, free parking for up to 80 cars, sound system with microphone (streaming only; band or DJ must bring their own sound equipment), subtle uplighting, indoor string lighting, WiFi, handicap accessible bathroom, 85 inch smart TV that you can display a logo or slideshow on from your device.

    Catering and food trucks would be from our catering partners here (not included in venue price).
