Is a wedding planner required?
Our in-house team, Events with ShaBars, provides comprehensive planning and coordination to handle all of your event needs. Inquire for details and pricing (planning services are not included in the venue fee).
What food can I have at BLDG39?
For catered weddings and events: check out our catering partners here.
For food truck weddings and events: If you are looking to have food trucks at your event, there’s a great list of recommended food trucks here. All food trucks must be pre-approved by BLDG39 and provide a COI naming BLDG39 as an additional insured.
No other caterers are allowed at BLDG39. Drop-off catering is not permitted.
How does the bar work at BLDG39?
BLDG39 is a BYOB venue and does not have a liquor license. Alcohol must be served by our in-house staffing services. No other bartenders are permitted, and no self-service alcohol is permitted. Inquire for details and pricing.
Are Certificates of Insurance (COIs) required for all my vendors?
Yes, Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are required from all your vendors naming BLDG39 as an additional insured.
What is BLDG39’s max capacity?
120 guests (Fully seated)
150 guests (Indoor reception style)
175 guests (Indoor/outdoor flow)
Can I use an outside baker for my wedding cake?
Yes! We can’t wait to see who you choose.
What the venue provides that’s included in the Venue Fee:
30x30 tent with string lights (heated in winter), built-in bar, semi-private suite/dressing area, free parking for up to 80 cars, sound system with microphone (streaming only; band or DJ must bring their own sound equipment), subtle uplighting, indoor string lighting, WiFi, handicap accessible bathroom, 85 inch smart TV that you can display a logo or slideshow on from your device.
Included furniture:
120 white cross-back chairs
18 8-ft folding tables that require linen rental.
18 30-inch round high tops that require linen rental
What the venue provides that’s not included in the Venue Fee:
When you book at BLDG39, our managing partner, Events With ShaBars, provides event planning and coordination services, event staffing, bartending service, and linens.

Food & beverage
Event rentals such as china/flatware/glassware, etc
Event vendors
What additional services can be provided by our managing partner, Events With ShaBars?
